We all know how city life can be so stressful and you just need to go on a sweet escape but let me tell you this, your much wanted escape can be just hours away from the Metro and does not require any plane travel! Sounds great, yes?
Soooooo…. I’ve been out and about, saw and tried what Antipolo has to offer so you guys will have a reference. True friend right here!! (Thank me later) 😉 Without further ado, let’s get started!
- Light a candle and say a little prayer at the Antipolo Cathedral
also known as the National Shrine of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage.
This church is famous among those who are going abroad to ask for guidance and safe trip.

- Appreciate the beauty of art at Pinto Art Museum
This place is huge! Each art piece has something that will strike you.
Pinto Art Museum is very instagram-worthy and a must-visit in Antipolo, I must say.

- Eat lunch at Tipulo Modern Filipino Cuisine
Excellent food, fast service and relaxing vibe.
Located within the facility of First Pacific Leadership Academy, Antipolo
- Enjoy a refreshing view at Hinulugang Taktak falls
No entrance fee needed, you just have to register at the entrance gate. It’s just a 5-minute walk and you will already reach the falls. Perfect for those who get easily tired when trekking.

- Nature retreat at Luljetta’s Hanging Garden and Spa
So many pools and things to enjoy! Movie lounge, hydration pool, Dr. Fish spa, infinity pools (overlooking Metro Manila), jacuzzi, sauna, massage houses and they serve yummy suman and gingered iced tea for merienda!
